Terms of Service

Welcome to Auto Everything Flow. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Auto Everything Flow Chrome extension ("Extension"). Please read these terms carefully before installing or using the Extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Auto Everything Flow Chrome extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not install or use the Extension. Your continued use of the Extension following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Description of Service

Auto Everything Flow is a Chrome extension designed to enhance your experience with Google Flow AI. The Extension provides the following features:

  • Automated image generation using prompts
  • Batch prompt processing for multiple image generation tasks
  • Bulk downloading of generated images
  • Automated folder organization and management
  • Streamlined workflow automation for repetitive tasks

The Extension is designed to automate legitimate workflows within Google Flow AI and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with Google or Google Flow AI.

3. User Accounts

To use the Extension, you must create and maintain an account using our authentication system powered by Supabase. Account registration options include:

  • Google OAuth authentication
  • Email and One-Time Password (OTP) authentication

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current. One account per user is permitted; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Auto Everything Flow offers both Free and Pro subscription tiers:

Free Plan

  • Access to core automation features
  • Daily usage limits on image generation and batch processing
  • Standard folder organization capabilities
  • Community support via email

Pro Plan

  • Unlimited daily usage limits
  • Advanced batch processing capabilities
  • Priority email support
  • Advanced folder automation features
  • Early access to new features

Pro plan subscriptions are managed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Extension. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
  • Transmitting obscene or offensive content
  • Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Extension
  • Attempting to use the Extension for purposes beyond its intended automation scope
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of the Extension
  • Bypassing or circumventing usage limits and restrictions
  • Using the Extension to violate Google Flow AI's Terms of Service
  • Automated abuse or excessive requests that overload Extension systems

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Extension, including its code, design, functionality, and features, is owned by Ahmethan Kayisci and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension in accordance with these terms.

You retain all rights to content you generate or create using the Extension, including images generated through Google Flow AI. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding the Extension.

7. Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with and relies upon the following third-party services:

Google Flow AI

The Extension automates interactions with Google Flow AI. Auto Everything Flow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with Google or Google Flow AI. Use of Google Flow AI is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

Supabase

We use Supabase for user authentication and data storage. Your authentication data and account information are processed according to Supabase's privacy policies.

Lemon Squeezy

Pro plan payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Payment processing is subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policies. We do not store your payment information directly.

Google OAuth

We offer Google OAuth for account authentication. Your use of Google OAuth is subject to Google's terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or changes made to these third-party services. Changes to these services may affect Extension functionality.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro Plan Billing: Pro plan subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy on a recurring monthly or annual basis (depending on your chosen plan). You authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method for the subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.

Subscription Management: You may cancel your Pro plan subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Lemon Squeezy directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to Pro features through the end of your paid billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price increases will take effect at your next billing date.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Extension or its fitness for any particular purpose. Specifically:

  • We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • We do not warrant that the Extension will always be available or accessible
  • We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of content generated using the Extension
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all Chrome versions or operating systems

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ahmethan Kayisci and Auto Everything Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Extension shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for:

  • Changes, modifications, or discontinuation of Google Flow AI or its services
  • Loss of data or images due to technical failures
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Any issues arising from your use of third-party services
  • Actions taken by other users of the Extension

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Extension or our website. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Extension. Your continued use of the Extension following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Note: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
