Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Use the customer portal in your Paddle subscription email to manage billing or stop future renewals. For payment or refund help, visit paddle.net and see our refund policy. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.
Enter a discount code in Paddle before confirming payment. AUTOFLOW40 reduces the first payment by 40%, not later renewals; check both totals. Tax is included or added based on your location. The tax-number field is optional for individual buyers.
Old payment authorizations do not automatically move to Paddle. Use the same extension email; checkout checks the recorded old subscription before allowing a replacement. If access or dates look wrong, contact us rather than paying with another account.
Sign in to the extension with the email verified at checkout. If Pro is still missing, send us that email and your receipt or transaction ID. Do not pay again while we check. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or full card details.
